Introduction

There are no trees which grow by themselves. Sun light, fertile soil, precious rain and even wind always help them to be strong and abundant. In my opinion, education is like natural surroundings. It should provide essential environment for students' growth. Teachers play critical roles to create appropriate learning environment.

This is a progress portfolio, so it will show my growth over SMU TESOL MA program. It aims to allow myself to reflect on my own works and also allow my professors to diagnose my development. The audiences could be my professors, supervisors, or colleagues who have the same career or interests on language learning.

It is organized into three sections. The first section is about me. I posted my teaching philosophy, resume, and certificates. The second section introduces the Action Research project, lesson plans of English in Action classes, pictures, and SMU courses which I had. Then there comes epilogue.
